From remote site conditions with active stakeholders, to building in an operating facility without impacting operations, we take the time to listen to our clients so we can design solutions that not only meet the structural requirements, but also address the human constraints or concerns associated with the project.

Randolph's rich, diverse history serves as the foundation for our commitment to solve our clients' toughest challenges and provides a special skill and knowledge base that most general contractors cannot match. Our company was founded in 1982 as a mechanical construction firm, specializing in design-build HVAC projects and custom metal fabrication. Over the next ten years, we expanded our skills to structural steel fabrication and high-performance metal roofing systems. In 2001, Randolph transitioned into a full-service general construction firm focusing on government projects. In 2007, we shut down our fabrication facility, allowing us to concentrate on the design-build general construction market. In 2012, Randolph was acquired by LVI Services, Inc.
