Randolph Community Involvement
Randolph believes community involvement is not only an important part of our business operations, but also an important part of the Randolph culture. It's a "win-win" situation for all involved, and it makes us feel good!
Randolph's participation in the community includes donating employee time, making corporate monetary donations, loaning equipment and equipment operators, and sponsoring many programs and events in and around the Tri-City community of Pasco, Richland and Kennewick, Washington that we call home. Randolph sponsors the annual Domestic Violence Services of Benton & Franklin Counties Golf Tournament which has raised more than $312,000 since 2006.
Randolph strongly encourages our employees to support local activities and charities and allows flexibility in work schedules to do so. Randolph employees routinely volunteer their time to coach youth sports and participate in local charitable events. Employees jump into the frigid waters of the Columbia River to support Special Olympics Polar Plunge, dress up like clowns and bowl for dollars to support Junior Achievement, walk for miles during Relay for Life to help cancer patients, go to "jail" for the local March of Dimes, and shop 'til they drop to support families in need at Christmas time.
